Preparing for Admissions

At St. Charles Catholic School, we recognize the importance of choosing the right school for your child and your family. We hope to make the enrollment process as informative and easy as possible. Follow the steps below to enroll at St. Charles!

Step One: Campus Visit

We invite you to visit our campus and take a personal tour of St. Charles. Please call the School Office at (509) 327-9575 to schedule your visit. We look forward to sharing our school with you and answering any questions you may have.

Step Two: Application

Complete and submit the online Application for Admission

Step Three: Student Visit/Kindergarten Readiness

We invite all potential 1st through 8th grade students to spend a half-day to a full-day visiting the school and classroom. This helps to ease the transition and ensure there is a good fit between the student and school. Students will be paired with a St. Charles student for the duration of the visit. These visits will take place once we receive the online Application for Admission.

Kindergarten students will be invited to meet with our Pre-K and/or Kindergarten teacher prior to enrollment to determine kindergarten readiness. Washington State and school policy specifies that students must be five years of age on or before the first day of Kindergarten.

Preschool students are invited to visit the classroom with their parents present during the initial visit. Additional visits are welcome and can be scheduled through our admissions office.

Step Four: Enrollment

Once your child is accepted to attend St. Charles Catholic School, you will receive an email with the link to complete the required documentation for successful enrollment. This will include registration for our tuition management program, FACTS. If tuition assistance is requested, you will receive information on the process for meeting with the school principal and applying for assistance.
